What is the returns policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to work with you and resolve the issue.

Do I need a kiln for the clay?
No. MOLDO clay is air-drying, so you don't need an oven. Just let it rest in a dry place out of direct sunlight for 48 to 72 hours, depending on the thickness of the piece. You usually have 30 to 60 minutes before it starts to harden. If you need to stop, cover it with a slightly perforated plastic bag.
What type of wax is it?
We use 100% vegetable, natural, clean soy wax without paraffins.
